Our video conferencing service adapts to the technical requirements of our clients. We have experience using a range of different video-conferencing software and are well set up to cope with the idiosyncrasies of each platform. We obviously are also able to hande interpretting assigments via mass market platforms such as Skype or Google Hangouts.

Our interpreters never work alone. They are accompanied by an experienced computer technician who constantly monitors sound and video quality and aids the interpreter and all times during the call.
All our interpreters work from locations with tried and tested internet connections, with alternative provider available 24/7 should problems occur with the primary ISP.
Whenever required by the client, we can arrange for a back up interpreter to be available at a all times during the conference call. This adds an extra layer of guarantees and allows us cover longer meetings by regularly rotating interpreters.

Our interpreters are required to have multiple phonelines, including a VOIP service provider.
As with video conferencing, we can arrange for backup interpretters who are based in a different physical location and can instantly takeover should a problem occur with the primary interpreter.
